Join me in Orlando, FL  for a two day OIL painting workshop. Learn my approach to painting the landscape in person. I have traveled all over the US and Canada for the last few years teaching painting workshops. They are always an exciting fun filled time where you will learn a lot of my techniques first hand! My goal is to always make sure you leave with new knowledge and a lot of inspiration for your future paintings. Please read through the Q and A section below to learn more about this great experience!

Workshop Cost: $200 ($50 deposit to hold your seat, and $150 to complete payment)
Note: If you’re already attending the acrylic painting workshop in Orlando, you can attend this oil painting workshop for only $125. Just pay the $50 deposit for this workshop, and I’ll send you an invoice for the additional $75 so you can pay it closer to the workshop start date.

Painting Project:
Over the two days, we will dig deep into a creative painting by creating a painting from one of my signature series in 16×20 format. I always choose a painting that I’ve never done before at previous workshops, so if you’ve attended before you can be sure you’ll be learning a new painting each time.

Colors you’ll need:
Raw Umber, Burnt Sienna, Ultramarine Blue, Cerulean Blue, Yellow Ochre, Cadmium Yellow Medium, Titanium White, Zinc White, Cadmium Red Medium, Alizarin Crimson

Q: What do I need to bring to the workshop?
A: You will need a table top easel, Liquin Original, paint and brushes. I provide the canvas for the workshop. I always bring a little extra of everything so I can usually help you out if you are missing a color or brush. I can also bring an easel on request, but since I’m traveling it will be on a limited first come, first serve basis.

Q: What will we learn?
A: Over the two days, we will dig deep into a creative painting by creating a painting from one of my signature series. I always choose a painting that I’ve never done before at previous workshops, so if you’ve attended before you can be sure you’ll be learning a new painting each time.

Q: How long is the workshop?
A: Each evening is 4 hours of painting; a total of 8 hours.

Q: I’m new to painting, can I still attend?
A: Yes! I’ve had a lot of first time paintings attend with great success. The group usually consists of people who have painted for many years to people who have only painted recently. There is always a good mix of experience. I do a lot of one on one teaching to ensure everyone gets as much info out of the workshop as possible.

Q: How many people are in the group?
A: We only allow 15 people total to join the workshop. This is a great group that is large enough for me to be able to keep the price down, but small enough to get a ton of one on one time and direct help.

Q: Can I do a payment plan?
A: Yes! Just contact us and we will set it up!

Q: What if I have to cancel?
A: Your deposit is non refundable. Your full payment for the workshop is refundable as long as you cancel at least a 60 days in advance. If you cancel after the 60 days we will give you store credit for the final payment that can be used towards lessons.

Q: When is the full payment due?
A: To give Tim sufficient time to fill any open spots at the workshop, the full payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the workshop. An email reminder will be sent out approximately 2 months before the workshop.
