Crimson Leaves is an original acrylic painting on canvas. It measures 12 inches tall, by 36 inches wide. Crimson Leaves comes from my Dark Light landscape series. In this series I usually color the sky something other than blue. I like to make the painting very vibrant with a lot of contrasting colors. These paintings are embedded deep in my imagination, but also have a tinge of reality. Nature always seems to throw curve balls, and sometimes the sky looks yellow, red, or even green. This painting also has an autumn feel.
The painting comes in a contemporary black metal frame. Scroll down to see the image of the framed painting. It is fixed with a wire hanger on the back. The painting is signed on the front as well as signed and dated on the back.
